Zebra Z-Perform 1000D valkoinen itseliimautuvat tulostintarrat

Zebra Z-Perform 1000D White is an uncoated direct thermal paper facestock designed for economical, general-purpose industrial labeling. The material supports direct thermal printing at speeds up to 3 inches per second and is supplied on rolls (102 x 152 mm labels, 950 labels per roll, 4 rolls per box). It uses a permanent acrylic adhesive and is intended for short-term indoor applications where resistance to moisture, heat, strong humidity or UV exposure is not required.

Advantages

The uncoated direct thermal facestock provides cost-effective printability with consistent image quality for compliance, product, shelf and work-in-process labels. The permanent acrylic adhesive ensures reliable attachment to many surfaces under normal indoor conditions. Supplied in standard roll sizes, the labels are compatible with thermal printers using direct thermal media and offer predictable performance for short-term identification needs.

How to use

Load the roll into a compatible direct thermal printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the labels advance correctly and the printer is set for direct thermal media. Adjust print speed and darkness settings as needed to obtain clear, legible prints at up to 3 inches per second. Apply labels to clean, dry surfaces for optimal adhesion and allow a short dwell time to ensure the permanent acrylic adhesive bonds to the substrate.

Recommendations

Use these labels for short-term indoor applications where exposure to moisture, extreme heat, high humidity or prolonged UV light is minimal. Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures to preserve printability and adhesive performance.
