How to use

Place the pot on a compatible burner and adjust heat according to the recipe. Preheat briefly if searing or sautéing, otherwise begin with medium or low heat to maintain even cooking thanks to the SIGMA Classic+ sandwich base. Use appropriate utensils to avoid scratching the interior surface. When boiling or simmering, choose a lid that fits snugly to retain heat and reduce evaporation. After cooking, allow the pot to cool before cleaning; while the pot is dishwasher-safe, hand washing can preserve finish and extend the life of the cookware.

Recommendations

Use medium to low heat for sauces and simmering to benefit from the even heat distribution. Avoid abrupt temperature changes — allow the pot to cool slightly before rinsing with cold water. Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the cooking surface and ensure long-lasting appearance and performance.
