3,5 mm audio-stereopistoke InLine 99100 juotosversio

The InLine 3.5mm audio stereo plug (soldering version) is a compact metal connector intended for creating or repairing audio cables by soldering. Its metal body in black and silver provides mechanical durability and maintains good electrical contact for stereo audio signals. The soldering design lets users attach cable conductors directly to the plug for a fixed, low-resistance connection suitable for DIY and small-scale production.

Advantages

Metal construction offers enhanced mechanical strength and improved conductivity compared to plastic alternatives. The soldering version ensures a secure, permanent electrical connection and is compatible with standard 3.5mm stereo jacks. Compact size and industry-standard dimensions make it suitable for a wide range of audio assemblies.

Suitable for

• DIY audio cable assembly and repair
• Small-batch or industrial production of audio cables
• Connecting portable audio players, headphones, and line-level equipment

Position the conductors on the corresponding solder points inside the plug, apply solder to secure the connection, and reassemble the plug housing. Verify continuity and correct channel wiring with a multimeter or audio test before final use.

Recommendations

For reliable joints, use suitable rosin-core solder and a soldering iron with controlled temperature (around 350°C). Ensure correct shielding and strain relief to prevent mechanical stress on soldered connections during regular use.
