How to use

Prepare the instrument cable by stripping the outer jacket and isolating the tip and sleeve conductors. Slide any cable ferrule or sleeve over the cable if provided, then solder or crimp the tip (signal) and sleeve (ground) connections to the corresponding connector terminals following the manufacturer's orientation. Assemble the housing and secure any fastening screws to ensure a firm mechanical connection before testing the cable in the intended instrument or audio device.

Recommendations

Use proper soldering technique and strain relief to maintain durable connections; test for short circuits and correct polarity before regular use. For frequent stage use, periodically check and tighten connector mounting to avoid intermittent contacts.
