ABUS GWM100ME kaasuhälytin – maakaasu (metaani) -ilmaisin, seinäasennus, 230V

Triggering at just 10% LEL, the ABUS GWM100ME provides an early warning against methane leaks before they become explosive. This wall-mounted natural gas detector runs directly on 230 V AC, so there are no batteries to replace – just continuous protection for your home or small business.

Overview

The ABUS GWM100ME is a dedicated natural gas (methane, CH4) detector built to safeguard homes and small commercial spaces from the dangers of gas leaks. Using a semiconductor sensing element, it continuously monitors the air and triggers an alarm when gas concentrations reach a critical 10% LEL threshold – well before hazards escalate. The sensor is powered directly by standard 230 V AC mains and requires no battery replacement, making it a low-maintenance safety solution. Its compact white ABS housing blends discreetly into any wall while providing the electronics robust protection against everyday environmental factors.

What stands out

• Detects natural gas (methane, CH4) with a fast-responding semiconductor sensor
• Alarm at 10% LEL, providing early warning of potentially explosive concentrations
• Integrated siren with 85 dB output (at 1 m distance) ensures the alarm is heard
• Potential-free relay contact (NO/NC) enables connection to alarm panels, shut-off valves, or smart home interfaces
• Simple wall-mount installation, powered directly by 230 V AC, eliminating battery changes
• Compliant with EN 50194 standards, guaranteeing tested performance
