ACT 2 m LSZH yksimuotokuitu 9/125 OS2 -kuituverkkokaapeli duplex, LC/APC8- ja SC/APC8-liittimillä

The ACT 2 meter LSZH Singlemode 9/125 OS2 fiber patch cable is a duplex assembly with LC/APC and SC/APC connectors, designed for indoor network and telecommunications use. Its 9 µm singlemode core and OS2 specification provide low attenuation for long-distance, high-speed data transmission. The cable jacket is low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH), reducing toxic and corrosive emissions in case of fire. Each cable includes an individual test report for insertion loss (IL) and return loss (RL), and end-faces are 100% inspected to ensure connector quality.

Advantages

Laser precision cleaving and APC polish deliver consistent end-face geometry and low back reflections, improving signal integrity. Grade A fiber and individual IL/RL test reports offer documented performance for installation and troubleshooting. The LSZH jacket enhances safety in enclosed spaces where reduced smoke and halogen emissions are required.

How to use

Route the duplex cable between devices or patch panels, maintaining bend radius recommendations for singlemode fiber. Match connector types to equipment ports (LC/APC to LC/APC or SC/APC to SC/APC as required) and ensure connectors are clean before insertion. Use the supplied test report to verify measured IL and RL values during installation and document results for network records.

Recommendations

Keep connector end-faces protected with dust caps until final connection, avoid tight bends and mechanical stress, and perform cleaning with appropriate fiber cleaning tools before mating. Store and install in environments compliant with LSZH requirements for best safety performance.
