ACT keltainen 10 metrin F/UTP CAT5E verkkokaapeli RJ45-liittimillä

The ACT IB7810 F/UTP CAT5E patch cable in yellow is a 10 meter network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for reliable wired connections between network devices. It uses AWG#26 conductors, an FTP (foiled) overall shield with UTP pair construction, LSZH sheath and 50 µ gold-plated contacts to ensure consistent data transmission and reduced interference. The bright yellow colour (Pantone 110C) helps with easy identification in structured cabling installations.

Advantages

This F/UTP CAT5E cable provides balanced signal transmission with foil shielding to limit external interference while maintaining flexibility suitable for typical patching applications. Gold-plated 50 µ contacts improve connector durability and contact reliability. The LSZH sheath reduces hazardous smoke and toxic emission risk in case of fire, and the 10 m length offers extended reach for equipment racks, workstations or wall outlets.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in small office and home networks
• Patch panel to switch or wall outlet connections in structured cabling
• Temporary or permanent cabling runs where a visible colour aids identification

Key specifications

• Cable type: F/UTP CAT5E
• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Conductors: AWG#26
• Contacts: 50 µ gold-plated
• Sheath: LSZH
• Colour: Yellow (Pantone 110C)

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connector into the network port on your device and the other end into the switch, router or wall socket. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted until the clip clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate cable management accessories without compressing the sheath.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this CAT5E cable within typical Ethernet standards (up to 100 Mbps or 100BASE-TX) and avoid running it in parallel alongside high-voltage power lines. Inspect connectors periodically for dust or damage and replace the cable if the sheath or contacts show visible wear.
