ACT valkoinen 0,5 m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A datakeskuksen Slimline-patchkaapeli ilman lukituskynsiä RJ45-liittimillä

ACT White 0.5m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A Patch Cable Snagless RJ45 is a slimline data center patch cord with a 0.5 m length, U/FTP shielding and low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) jacket. The cable uses snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts and is intended for high-performance Ethernet connections in racks and network cabinets where improved airflow and fire-safe materials are required.

Advantages

The slimline 3.8 mm diameter construction reduces bending radius compared with regular CAT6A patch cords (typically 5.9 mm), enabling denser routing and improved airflow inside server racks and network cabinets. The U/FTP shielding provides protection against crosstalk and external interference. Gold-plated contacts on the RJ45 plugs ensure reliable contact and signal transmission. LSZH jacket material reduces smoke and toxic gas emission in case of fire.

Suitable for

• High-density data centre patching and horizontal cabling
• Rack-to-switch and switch-to-server connections within 0.5 m
• Environments requiring low-smoke, zero-halogen cabling
• Installations where improved airflow is important

Key specifications

• Length: 0.5 m
• Cable type: U/FTP (overall unshielded with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Category: CAT6A
• Diameter: slimline ~3.8 mm (vs. regular ~5.9 mm)
• Connector: RJ-45 to RJ-45, snagless design
• Contacts: gold-plated
• Jacket: LSZH (low smoke zero halogen)
• Colour: White

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to the network switch or patch panel and the other plug to the target device or server. Route the slimline cable through the rack or cabinet using cable managers or horizontal managers as needed, taking advantage of the reduced diameter to achieve higher density. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to guarantee a secure connection.

Recommendations

Use a maximum bundle size of 24 slimline cables for Power over Ethernet (PoE) deployments to limit temperature rise. The smaller 32 AWG conductor option may be used but will have higher attenuation at higher frequencies; adhere to ISO/IEC and TIA guidelines for overall link design and test end-to-end performance after installation.
