Akkukenkäsetti 2 kpl IWH 019022 — varakenkäät ajoneuvoakkuja varten

Set of two battery terminal clamps IWH 019022 designed to connect vehicle batteries to electrical systems. The set includes one positive and one negative clamp compatible with standard battery posts. Clamps provide secure electrical contact, corrosion-resistant surfaces and a construction suitable for routine maintenance, replacement or emergency use in cars, trucks and boats.

Advantages

The clamps are made from conductive metal with protective plating to reduce corrosion and maintain reliable conductivity over time. Their clamp mechanism allows firm fastening to battery posts and simple cable attachment, helping to reduce voltage drop and ensure steady power delivery. Compact design and universal fit make the set suitable for a wide range of vehicle battery types while keeping installation straightforward.

How to use

Switch off the vehicle ignition and any electrical consumers before starting. Clean battery posts to remove corrosion and dirt to ensure good contact. Loosen the clamp bolts, place the negative clamp on the negative battery post and the positive clamp on the positive post, then tighten the bolts securely to achieve firm contact without over-tightening. Attach the cable ends to the clamp terminals and ensure all connections are secure. After installation, verify proper electrical operation by starting the engine or checking system voltage with a multimeter.

Recommendations

For safety, always wear protective gloves and eye protection when working with batteries. Avoid short-circuiting the clamps and never connect clamps across opposite posts without a load. Periodically inspect clamps for signs of corrosion or looseness and clean contacts as needed to maintain reliable electrical connection.
