Arkistotarrat HERMA A4 61x297 mm valkoinen paperi matta peittävä 75 kpl

HERMA file labels are made of high-quality white paper with a matte opaque finish, each measuring 61 x 297 mm in a rounded-rectangle format. The pack contains 75 self-adhesive labels (3 labels per A4 sheet, 25 sheets). The permanent adhesive provides reliable fixation suitable for frequently used files. The material is chlorine-free bleached special paper with high whiteness and opaque properties so old lettering does not show through. Labels and packaging are recyclable.

Advantages

Matt opaque paper ensures a uniform appearance and prevents underlying text from showing through. The labels deliver excellent printing results across laser printers, colour laser printers, inkjet printers, copiers and colour copiers. A permanent, solvent-free adhesive guarantees durable attachment. Sheets are produced with an all-round protective edge and good flatness for trouble-free processing. The paper is PEFC-certified and the packaging is made from recycled cardboard.

How to use

Remove a sheet from the pack, feed it into your printer if you want to print logos or text, or write directly on the label with a suitable pen. Peel the label from the backing and apply to the clean, dry spine of an A4 file or folder, smoothing from the centre outward to avoid air bubbles. For best adhesion, press firmly along the full surface.

Recommendations

For optimal print results, test a single sheet first to verify printer settings and orientation. Store labels flat in a dry environment and avoid temperatures that could affect adhesive performance. Dispose of used labels with waste paper and recycle the packaging where facilities exist.
