Asennettava raskasliitin RJ-45 naaras 25-napaiseen D-Sub-naarasliittimeen ACT TD25F8

Mountable Heavy Duty Adapter RJ-45 Female to 25 pole D-Sub Female ACT TD25F8 is a combined adapter that houses a 25-pin D‑Sub female connector and an RJ‑45 female connector. The RJ‑45 side has fixed wiring with crimp contacts on the cable ends, allowing those contacts to be inserted into the desired positions of the D‑Sub connector without special tools. The adapter features a robust grey housing with locking screws to firmly secure the D‑Sub end for stable industrial connections.

Advantages

The adapter provides a durable, compact solution for linking RJ‑45 terminated cables to 25‑pole D‑Sub female ports. Fixed RJ‑45 wiring with accessible crimp contacts enables flexible pin assignment on the D‑Sub side without dismantling the housing. The locking screws and heavy‑duty housing improve mechanical stability and reliability in demanding environments.

Suitable for

• Industrial control cabinets and panel installations
• Equipment requiring conversion between RJ‑45 cable terminations and 25‑pin D‑Sub female ports
• Environments where a compact, mountable adapter with secure fastening is needed

Key specifications

• Connector 1: 25‑pole D‑Sub (female)
• Connector 2: RJ‑45 (female) with fixed wiring and crimp contacts
• Product colour: Grey
• Mountable housing with locking screws
• Brand: ACT, MPN: TD25F8, EAN: 8716065133035

How to use

Mount the adapter to the panel or chassis using the housing mounting provisions. Insert the RJ‑45 terminated cable into the RJ‑45 female port; the wiring at that side is fixed and the cable ends have crimp contacts. Open the adapter housing if needed to access the crimp contacts and place each contact into the corresponding position of the 25‑pole D‑Sub female connector. Tighten the locking screws to secure the D‑Sub connector and ensure a firm mechanical connection before powering equipment.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use crimped contacts that match the adapter's RJ‑45 contacts and verify pin assignments before final installation. Tighten the D‑Sub locking screws to the manufacturer's recommended torque and avoid excessive force when inserting contacts to prevent damage.
