B-KIDS kierretappi M20 DIN-376C R40 (6H) HSSE 800

The B-KIDS TAP M20 DIN-376C R40 (6H) HSSE 800 is a high-performance machine tap designed for precision threading in through holes. Manufactured from HSSE (High-Speed Steel with Cobalt), this tap offers excellent wear resistance and heat tolerance, making it ideal for general-purpose applications in steel and non-ferrous metals. With a metric coarse thread of M20 and a pitch of 2.5 mm, it conforms to DIN 376 standard and features a C chamfer form (2-3 threads) for smooth cutting action. The spiral point flute design efficiently pushes chips forward, ensuring clean threads and reduced clogging. The reinforced shank provides stability during high-speed operations, while the bright finish (uncoated) ensures consistent performance. This tap is part of the R40 series and the 800 series, known for reliability and durability.

Advantages
