Ballarini 130 Ø24 cm/4,5 mm

The Ballarini 130 frying pan pairs a thick 4.5 mm forged aluminium body with the brand's Keravis non-stick coating, delivering even heat distribution and effortless food release. Unlike thinner pans that warp and scorch, this 24 cm model maintains a stable cooking surface across gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen hobs. The integrated Thermopoint heat indicator takes the guesswork out of searing and sautéing, while the riveted thermoset handle stays cool and secure. PFOA-free, nickel-free, and made in Italy, it is a dependable everyday pan for home cooks who want professional results without the fuss.

In daily use

From crispy fried eggs to golden pancakes, the Ballarini 130 handles everyday tasks with ease. The 24 cm diameter is ideal for single servings or small family meals, while the thick base prevents hot spots that cause uneven browning. The Thermopoint indicator turns from red to solid green when the pan reaches the right temperature, so you can add oil and ingredients at the perfect moment. The non-stick surface means you can use less fat, and cleanup is quick with a soft sponge and warm soapy water. Although not induction compatible, it works beautifully on traditional hobs and retains heat well for serving at the table.
