Advantages

The unit provides adjustable slice thickness for fine to thicker cuts, a sharp 200 mm blade for accurate portioning and a stable construction that reduces vibration during use. The red finish offers clear visual identification in busy kitchens while the electric drive delivers steady, even slicing speed. Components that contact food are made from hygienic materials for straightforward cleaning and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Preparing thin slices for sandwiches, charcuterie and platters
• Small deli counters, café kitchens and home food preparation

Key specifications

• Blade diameter: 200 mm stainless-steel blade
• Operation: electric drive with adjustable speed control
• Adjustable slice thickness: micro-adjustable thickness dial for precision cuts
• Construction: stable base and carriage designed to reduce vibration
• Food-contact materials: stainless steel and food-grade plastics for hygiene

How to use

Position the slicer on a stable, level surface and connect to the appropriate power supply. Secure the product to be sliced on the carriage and set the desired slice thickness with the adjustment dial. Turn on the machine and guide the carriage in a steady, controlled motion while keeping hands clear of the blade and using any supplied food pusher or guard. After slicing, turn off and disconnect power before removing parts for cleaning. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for blade maintenance and sharpening frequency to maintain consistent slicing performance.

Recommendations

Use the slicer for chilled products to achieve optimal slice quality and to reduce adhesion to the blade. Regularly clean food-contact surfaces after each use and inspect fastenings before operation. When slicing very soft or sticky items, reduce carriage speed and consider using parchment or thin separators to prevent slices from sticking together.
