CBO SFP+ Twinax-kaapeli SFP-H10GB-CU2M-QL 2 m uros-uros 10Gbit/s

CBO SFP+ Twinax Cable SFP-H10GB-CU2M-QL is a 2-meter direct-attach copper cable engineered for short-reach 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections between SFP+ ports. The passive twinax assembly uses male-to-male SFP+ connectors and supports line rates up to 10 Gbit/s, offering a low-latency, energy-efficient alternative to optical transceivers for short-distance links in data center and enterprise network environments.

Advantages

The cable provides plug-and-play compatibility with standard SFP+ ports and eliminates the need for separate optical transceivers and fiber patch cords. Its passive copper construction reduces power consumption and minimizes latency compared with optical solutions. A fixed 2 m length simplifies rack-to-rack or top-of-rack cabling while maintaining stable 10 Gbit/s performance and reliable signal integrity for short runs.

Suitable for

• Short-reach 10GbE connections between switches and servers
• Top-of-rack and rack-to-rack links in data centers
• Direct connections between network appliances with SFP+ ports
• Environments requiring low-latency, energy-efficient links

Key specifications

• Connector type: SFP+ male-to-male
• Length: 2 m
• Data rate: up to 10 Gbit/s
• Cable type: passive twinax copper
• Typical use: short-reach direct-attach cable for 10GbE
• Latency: low, passive copper transmission

How to use

Insert each SFP+ connector into the corresponding SFP+ port on the devices to be connected, ensuring the connector latch engages. No additional configuration or external power is required for the passive twinax cable; the link will establish automatically when both ports are active and configured for 10 Gbit/s operation. Verify port speed and link status on connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use this twinax cable only for short-distance links up to the specified 2 m and ensure connected ports support SFP+ direct-attach copper. Avoid sharp bends and excessive strain on the cable and maintain standard ESD precautions when handling connectors.
