BlueOptics H-SFP+AOC30M-BO InfiniBand-kuituvalokaapeli 30 m aqua

The BlueOptics H-SFP+AOC30M-BO InfiniBand fibre optic cable 30 m Aqua is a 30-metre active optical cable with SFP+ connectors on both ends designed for high-speed short-range links. It uses multimode fibre with integrated transmitter and receiver modules at each connector to support 10 Gbit/s data transmission over a 30 m distance. The cable follows SFP+ form-factor connectivity and is intended for use where reliable, low-latency optical links are required, for example in data centre racks and network equipment interconnects.

Advantages

This Aqua-coloured AOC delivers stable 10G performance over 30 metres without separate transceivers, reducing component count and simplifying installation. The SFP+ to SFP+ connection conforms to industry MSA form-factor expectations, providing broad compatibility with equipment that accepts SFP+ modules. The integrated optical modules and multimode fibre offer low power consumption, reduced electromagnetic interference compared with copper alternatives, and a compact, flexible cable design suited to dense rack environments.

How to use

Insert each SFP+ connector into the SFP+ port of the devices to be linked until the module latches; ensure ports are powered down or follow hot-plug guidance from equipment vendors where applicable. Once connected, verify link status and speed reporting on the connected devices and configure network settings as required by your environment. For optimal performance, avoid excessive bending of the cable and maintain appropriate routing to prevent stress on connectors.

Recommendations

Use this active optical cable for short-distance 10G links inside racks or between adjacent racks. Verify device compatibility with SFP+ AOC modules and consult equipment vendor documentation for any platform-specific support notes before deployment.
