Kuituoptinen SFP-moduuli CBO SFP-1G-ZX-120KM-AO-BO 1,25 Gbit/s LC 120 km

The CBO SFP-1G-ZX-120KM-AO-BO is a fiber optic SFP transceiver designed for long-distance single-mode network links. It supports a 1.25 Gbps data rate and uses an LC duplex connector to provide a compact, hot-pluggable interface compatible with standard SFP ports on switches, routers and transmission equipment. With an optical reach of up to 120 km, this module is intended for backbone connections and point-to-point links where low-latency, reliable optical transmission is required.

Advantages

This BlueOptics SFP module delivers single-mode optical transmission with a long reach of up to 120 km while preserving a small form factor and hot-pluggable convenience. It supports the common 1.25 Gbps rate used in Gigabit Ethernet and other serial optical interfaces, enabling straightforward integration into existing network hardware with LC ports. The module is suitable for environments that require stable long-haul connectivity and minimal downtime during hardware changes thanks to its hot-swap capability.

Suitable for

• Long-distance point-to-point backbone links between sites
• Metropolitan area network (MAN) connections over single-mode fiber
• Interconnection of data centers or campus buildings
• Upgrading switches and routers to support long-reach optical links

Key specifications

• Data rate: 1.25 Gbps
• Fiber type: single-mode
• Connector type: LC duplex
• Maximum reach: up to 120 km (single-mode)
• Form factor: SFP (small form-factor pluggable), hot-pluggable
• Application: Gigabit Ethernet and serial optical links

How to use

Install the module into an available SFP port on a compatible switch, router or transceiver chassis while the host device is powered on or according to the device manufacturer's hot-swap guidance. Connect LC-terminated single-mode fiber patch cords to the transmit and receive ports, ensuring correct polarity. Configure the host interface for the appropriate speed and optical settings if required by the equipment. Monitor link status and diagnostics via the host device to verify proper operation.

Recommendations

Use clean single-mode fiber and LC connectors, follow proper handling and ESD precautions, and verify link budget and fiber attenuation for distances approaching 120 km. For optimal performance, check compatibility with the host device and consult vendor documentation for supported optical power and temperature ranges.
