BlueOptics SFP2122BU3MK InfiniBand-kuituoptinen kaapeli 3 m LC SC keltainen

The BlueOptics SFP2122BU3MK InfiniBand fibre optic cable 3 m LC SC Yellow is a multimode optical patch cable designed for high-speed data connections in networking environments that use InfiniBand interfaces. The cable measures 3 metres in length and combines LC and SC connector types to provide compatibility with a wide range of transceivers and ports. It is manufactured using G.657.A1 fibre with a 125 µm core diameter to maintain signal quality and minimize attenuation over short to medium distances.

Advantages

This InfiniBand fibre optic cable offers a standardized LC to SC connection, consistent optical performance and a durable jacket in a high-visibility yellow color for easy identification in cable runs. The G.657.A1 fibre specification ensures low bend sensitivity and stable transmission characteristics, while the 3 m length supports flexible rack- and cabinet-level routing. The cable is suitable for professional data centre and enterprise networking setups where reliable optical links are required.

How to use

Inspect connector endfaces for dust or contamination before insertion and clean with appropriate fibre cleaning tools if necessary. Insert the LC connector into the LC port and the SC connector into the SC port, ensuring secure latching or coupling. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; maintain bend radii consistent with G.657.A1 specifications to preserve performance. Verify link status and signal levels using the network equipment's diagnostics after installation.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable in its coiled form without tight bends, and use cable management accessories to prevent strain. Regularly inspect and clean connectors when performing maintenance. Match fibre type and connector polish with existing equipment to ensure optimal compatibility and performance.
