How to use

Install the BlueOptics X-CBL-3M-SFP+-SFP+-BL by inserting each SFP+ connector into the corresponding SFP+ slot on the devices to be linked. Ensure devices support passive DAC twinax or the specified electrical signaling and that ports are powered off or follow the vendor’s hot-plug guidelines if required. After insertion, verify link status through device LEDs or management interfaces and configure port settings (speed, duplex, protocol) according to the network design.

Recommendations

Use this 3 m SFP+ cable for short, direct interconnects inside racks or between adjacent racks. Confirm device compatibility with passive DACs and SFP+ electrical interfaces before deployment. Avoid tight bends and mechanical strain on the cable, and keep the connectors free of dust when not in use.
