BlueOptics X66260-3-BO InfiniBand-kuitu kaapeli 3 m LC keltainen

The BlueOptics X66260-3-BO InfiniBand fibre optic cable 3 m LC Yellow is a 3-metre single‑mode patch cable with LC to LC connectors designed for full‑duplex high‑speed data connections. It uses G.657.A1 laser‑optimized single‑mode fibre with a 125 µm core diameter and is intended for short‑reach links in data centres, server rooms and network racks. The cable features LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) sheathing and is compatible with common InfiniBand and optical transceiver interfaces.

Advantages

This cable provides low attenuation and high return loss for stable optical transmission and supports full‑duplex communication. Manufactured with branded single‑mode fibre and precision LC connectors, it is tested with interferometer and OTDR to verify input loss and return loss. The LSZH jacket reduces hazardous emissions in case of fire, and the zirconia ceramic ferrules ensure reliable mating cycles and consistent performance.

How to use

Route the 3 m LC‑LC cable between the LC ports of your transceivers, patch panels or switches, ensuring connectors are clean and dust‑free before insertion. Align the LC connector latch with the port opening and press until it clicks; repeat for the opposite end. Avoid tight bends and secure the cable to cable management fixtures to maintain the minimum bend radius specified for G.657.A1 fibre. If required, verify link performance with an optical power meter or OTDR after installation.

Recommendations

Always inspect and, if necessary, clean LC connector endfaces with an appropriate fibre cleaning tool before mating. Keep cable bend radius within manufacturer limits, avoid excessive tensile force during installation, and store spare lengths coiled without tight loops. For critical or longer distances verify attenuation and return loss using test equipment and select appropriate transceiver modules for InfiniBand applications.
