BNC-puristusliitin RG59-kaapelille DELOCK, yhteensopiva kutistesukan kanssa

DELOCK BNC crimp connector for RG59 cable is a precision-made termination solution designed to create secure BNC connections for video, CCTV and RF signal applications. Supplied with compatible heat-shrink tubing, this connector provides mechanical retention, electrical continuity and environmental protection when properly fitted and heat-shrunk. The connector is intended for on-site installations and repairs where a dependable, low-profile BNC termination is required.

Advantages

The connector combines a crimp-style contact with a durable outer shell to ensure consistent impedance and reliable signal transfer. Included heat-shrink tubing improves insulation and strain relief after installation, reducing the risk of corrosion and loosening in exposed or mobile installations. The design facilitates quick field termination without specialized tooling beyond a standard crimping tool and heat source for the tubing.

How to use

Prepare the RG59 cable by stripping the outer jacket, exposing the braid and internal dielectric to the dimensions recommended for crimp BNC fittings. Slide the supplied heat-shrink tubing onto the cable before fitting the connector elements. Insert the centre conductor into the contact and crimp the contact to secure electrical continuity, then crimp the outer sleeve or ferrule to clamp the braid. Position the heat-shrink tubing over the junction and apply heat evenly until it contracts and seals the assembly. Verify mechanical retention and signal continuity before final installation.

Recommendations

Use an appropriate crimping tool sized for RG59 BNC contacts and a controlled heat source for the tubing to ensure consistent results. Follow safety precautions when using heat and ensure the connector materials are compatible with the installation environment. For long cable runs or critical RF applications, check impedance and signal quality after termination to confirm proper installation.
