How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task, starting with a coarser grit for material removal and progressing to finer grits for finishing. Attach the sheet to a compatible Bosch sander according to the tool’s fastening system, ensuring the sheet is aligned and secure before switching the tool on. Use steady, even passes with moderate pressure, keeping the sander moving to avoid gouging. Replace sheets when abrasive performance declines or the backing becomes worn to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

For best results, follow a grit progression: begin with a coarse sheet to remove material, move to medium grit for shaping, and finish with fine grit for a smooth surface. When sanding painted or soft materials, check the sheet regularly for clogging and change as needed. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection and a dust mask, and use dust extraction if available to maintain a clean work area.
