Bosch 2 608 000 199 hiomatarvikkeet 1 kpl hiomapaperi

The Bosch 2 608 000 199 sanding sheet is a single high-quality abrasive sheet designed for efficient material removal and fine finishing. Compatible with a range of Bosch sanders, this sanding sheet delivers consistent performance on wood, paint, varnish and similar surfaces. Its construction balances durability and abrasive effectiveness to maintain sanding speed while producing a smooth surface suitable for subsequent painting or sealing.

Advantages

This sanding sheet offers reliable abrasive consistency and a uniform grit distribution to reduce clogging and promote even wear. The sheet is designed to adhere securely to compatible sanding pads, ensuring stable contact with the work surface and minimizing tearing during use. Its composition supports both aggressive stock removal and controlled finishing, providing versatility for multiple sanding stages without frequent replacement.

Suitable for

• Sanding wooden surfaces before staining or painting
• Refinishing furniture and trimming
• Removing old paint or varnish from interior surfaces
• Smoothing filler or putty prior to finishing
• Light metal deburring and rust removal (with appropriate grit)

Key specifications

• Format: single sanding sheet supplied in pack of 1
• Compatibility: designed for use with compatible Bosch sanding pads and handheld sanders
• Material: abrasive-coated backing suited for general-purpose sanding
• Intended surfaces: wood, painted surfaces, varnish, fillers and some light metal work
• Performance: balanced for both material removal and fine finishing

How to use

Select a compatible Bosch sanding pad and attach the sanding sheet according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring secure alignment and adhesion. Start sanding with moderate pressure, moving the sander or sanding block evenly across the surface to avoid gouging. Progress through progressively finer grits as required to achieve the desired smoothness, and replace the sheet if abrasive effectiveness diminishes or if the backing becomes damaged.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding. For best results on painted or varnished surfaces, begin with a coarser grit to remove material and finish with a finer grit for a smooth surface. Maintain a consistent sanding motion and check the work surface frequently to avoid over-sanding.
