How to use

Install the router bit in a compatible router collet and securely tighten according to the router manufacturer's torque recommendations. Set the router speed and feed rate appropriate for the workpiece material. Make multiple light passes rather than a single deep cut to achieve a clean edge and reduce load on the bit. Use proper clamping and a steady guide or fence when running long edges.

Recommendations

Wear eye and hearing protection and follow all safety instructions from the router and bit manufacturers. Inspect the bit before use for damage or wear, and replace if cutting performance degrades.
