How to use

Secure the sanding abrasive to the tool following the manufacturer’s guidance for correct alignment. Start the sander at low to medium speed and test on a scrap piece to confirm abrasive grit and feed pressure. Move the tool with steady, overlapping strokes in the direction appropriate for the material grain or contour, avoiding excessive pressure that can cause uneven removal. Regularly check the abrasive condition and replace when worn to maintain consistent results. Connect a dust collection system or vacuum to the dust interface when available to reduce dust and maintain visibility.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and a dust mask when sanding.
