Concrete drill bit with SDS‑Quick shank for rotary hammers, diameter 1 cm and overall length 120 mm. The drill bit is intended for positioning fixings and for drilling into hard materials such as hard concrete, natural stone, artificial stone and masonry. The tungsten carbide tip is hammer‑resistant to provide long life and consistent drilling performance. The SDS‑Quick shank fits Uneo / Uneo Maxx and can also be used in conventional three‑jaw chucks for high torque transmission.

How to use

Secure the drill bit in the appropriate chuck (SDS‑Quick or three‑jaw chuck). Select a rotary hammer mode suitable for percussion drilling if the base material is concrete or masonry. Position the bit on the marked point, start drilling with light pressure to establish the hole, then increase pressure steadily while keeping the drill perpendicular to the surface. Remove dust from the hole before inserting anchors or fixings to ensure correct seating and load capacity.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, ear protection and dust mask) and follow the tool manufacturer's guidance for speed and hammer settings. For best results in very hard concrete, use short drilling intervals and withdraw the bit periodically to clear debris and avoid overheating.
