Brother HGE-231V5 merkintänauha

The Brother HGE-231V5 label-making tape pack contains five rolls of durable, versatile tape designed for consistent, high-visibility labeling. Each roll is 1.2 cm wide and 8 m long, providing multiple meters of printed labels for home, office, or industrial environments. The tape is compatible with Brother label printers that accept HGe series tapes and is intended to produce clear, long-lasting text and symbols on a variety of surfaces.

Advantages

The tape offers a balance of adhesive strength and removability appropriate for many surfaces while resisting smudging and fading. Its standard 1.2 cm width is suitable for compact labels and cable marking, and the 8 m length per roll reduces the need for frequent replacement. Packaging with five rolls provides value for repeated projects or larger labeling tasks.

Key specifications

• Tape width: 1.2 cm
• Roll length: 8 m per roll
• Quantity: 5 rolls per pack
• Color: standard high-contrast printing compatible (varies by ribbon color option)
• Surface compatibility: paper, plastic, metal, and many coated surfaces

How to use

Install a roll into a compatible Brother label printer following the printer's loading instructions, ensuring the tape feeds smoothly and the orientation matches the printer's guide. Design your label using the printer's interface or connected software, then print. For best adhesion, apply labels to clean, dry surfaces and press firmly to ensure full contact. Allow a short settling time for the adhesive to bond, especially on textured or low-energy plastics.

Recommendations

Store unused rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For optimal readability and longevity, avoid applying labels to oily, dirty, or wet surfaces. When marking cables, wrap the tape smoothly without excessive stretching to maintain print clarity and adhesive performance.
