Supistussukka CellPack 203678, 8 m pituus, 1 kpl

CellPack 203678 heat-shrink tubing is an 8 m roll designed to provide electrical insulation, mechanical protection and environmental sealing for cable joints, wire ends and connector transitions. The tubing shrinks when heated to form a close, protective layer around conductors and assemblies. Supplied as a single-piece roll, it is suitable for repair work, preventive maintenance and new installations in domestic, commercial and light industrial applications.

Advantages

The tubing offers uniform shrinkage and reliable dielectric insulation to reduce the risk of short circuits and improve mechanical strain relief. Its flexible polymer construction conforms to irregular shapes and provides abrasion resistance and basic moisture protection. Supplied on a continuous 8 m length, the product supports multiple repairs and cuts to size as required.

How to use

Cut the required length from the roll, slide the tubing over the cable or joint and position it centrally over the area to be insulated. Apply even heat using a heat gun or other appropriate heat source until the tubing shrinks uniformly and forms a tight seal around the conductor or connector. Allow the tubing to cool before handling to ensure a stable fit.

Recommendations

Use a regulated heat gun and keep the nozzle at a safe distance to avoid overheating the conductors or insulation. For electrical safety, ensure power is disconnected before applying tubing and verify the operating temperature compatibility with the wiring and components. Store the roll in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve material properties.
