Use the control panel to access copy and fax functions and to adjust density, number of copies and resolution settings.

Recommendations

For consistent print quality and reliable operation, use quality A4 plain paper and replace consumables as indicated by status alerts. For frequent network use, register the printer on your DHCP server or assign a fixed IP address for easier management. Enable duplex printing and configure toner save mode for draft documents to reduce running costs. Schedule regular cleaning cycles as recommended in the user manual to maintain scanning and printing performance.
