Canon RM1-4006-000 tulostimen/skannerin varaosa/tarvike erotuspehmuste

The Canon RM1-4006-000 separation pad is a replacement part for Laser/LED printers designed to ensure consistent single-sheet feeding and reduce multi-feed problems. Compatible with models such as the imageCLASS LBP6030w and MF3010, this separation pad helps maintain print reliability by providing a firm feed surface and controlled friction between paper and pickup roller. The part is manufactured in durable materials and is available in black and blue finishes that resist wear during prolonged use.

Advantages

The separation pad delivers reliable paper separation that reduces paper jams and misfeeds, improving overall printer uptime. Its durable construction extends the service interval of the feed assembly and supports consistent print quality by preventing multiple sheets from feeding at once. The design is compatible with the printer’s existing feed mechanism, allowing straightforward replacement without modification.

Suitable for

• Repair or maintenance of compatible Canon Laser/LED printers
• Replacing worn separation pads to reduce paper jams
• Workplaces with moderate printing volume that require consistent sheet feeding
• Service centers performing routine feed mechanism overhauls

Key specifications

• Type: Separation pad for sheet feeding
• Compatibility: Designed for specific Canon Laser/LED printer models (e.g., imageCLASS LBP6030w, MF3010)
• Material: Durable friction surface suitable for paper handling
• Color: Black and blue finish
• Function: Prevents multi-feed by separating individual sheets during pickup

How to use

Power off the printer and open the paper tray or access panel according to the printer’s service instructions. Remove the old separation pad from the feed assembly by releasing any clips or fasteners, then position the new separation pad in the same orientation and secure it in place. Ensure the pad sits flush against the feed surface and that any retaining clips are fully engaged. Close the tray or panel and run a test print to verify correct sheet feeding before returning the device to regular use.

Recommendations

Replace the separation pad when you experience repeated misfeeds or multi-sheet feeding; inspect the pad periodically as part of routine maintenance. Use the part with the recommended printer models and handle the friction surface carefully to avoid contaminating it with oils or dust, which can reduce feeding performance.
