Tips

When replacing the focus screen, work in a clean, dust-free environment to avoid particles on the screen or mirror. Use tweezers or a suction tool to handle the screen without touching the surface. After installation, check focus accuracy with a fast lens wide open; minor adjustments may be needed via the camera's diopter or shims. Keep spare screens in their protective case to prevent scratches.
