Cinch (RCA) -liitin ShiverPeaks 6 mm metalli 52000-S

The ShiverPeaks metal Cinch (RCA) connector 6 mm model 52000-S is a durable audio and A/V cable connector designed for reliable signal transfer between devices. With a 6 mm cable entry diameter and metal housing, this RCA connector is intended for cable repair, custom cable assembly and installations where a robust shielded connection is required. The connector is compatible with standard RCA signal wiring and provides mechanical strength and improved shielding compared with many plastic alternatives.

Advantages

The metal construction offers improved mechanical durability and electromagnetic shielding while the 6 mm cable entry accommodates thicker coaxial or multi-layer audio cables. Its precision-machined parts ensure firm mating with RCA jacks and consistent electrical contact, reducing intermittent connections. The connector is suitable for repeated insertions and removals and for environments where a metal body provides extra protection against wear and interference.

Suitable for

• Repair and re-termination of audio cables
• Custom-made RCA cables for home audio and home theater systems
• Professional AV installations and studio patching
• Signal connections between DVD/Blu-ray players, amplifiers and receivers

Key specifications

• Cable entry diameter: 6 mm
• Housing material: metal
• Connector type: Cinch (RCA) male
• Application: audio and A/V signal transfer
• Designed for shielded cable assemblies

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer jacket and shielding to expose the inner conductor and shield to match the 6 mm entry. Slide any required ferrules or sleeves over the cable before soldering or connecting the conductor and shield to the connector contacts, following the connector’s assembly sequence. After electrical connections are made, assemble the metal housing and secure any fastening elements to ensure a stable mechanical fit. Verify the connection by mating the connector with the receiving RCA jack and testing signal continuity.

Recommendations

Use appropriate tools for stripping and soldering to avoid damage to the conductor or shielding. For best performance, use cables with compatible outer diameters and shielding, and ensure tight fastening of the connector housing to maintain shielding continuity and mechanical stability.
