The Compulocks Ledge Lock Adapter for MacBook Pro 14" M1 M2 M3 provides a compact, screw‑in security slot that allows use of compatible keyed cable locks without adhesives or alterations to the laptop body. Designed for MacBook Pro 14" models (including A2442, A2779), the adapter mounts at the left or right of the trackpad, preserves full device functionality and weighs less than 0.1 lb so it adds minimal bulk while maintaining the MacBook's slim profile. The package includes the Ledge Lock Slot Adapter, an installation hardware kit and a compatible cable lock in a silver finish (adapter also available in black).

Advantages

The proprietary screw‑in design creates a secure, keyed lock slot without glues, drilling or permanent modification of the MacBook Pro chassis. Its ultra‑slim and lightweight form factor integrates with the laptop’s minimalist aesthetic and allows the device to remain compatible with sleeves and bags. Installation hardware is included and the adapter can be positioned on either side of the trackpad for flexible placement. The keyed cable lock provides straightforward physical security suitable for public and shared environments.

Suitable for

• Securing MacBook Pro 14" M1, M2 and M3 models in public spaces
• Use in offices, schools, libraries and co‑working areas
• Temporary protection for devices on display or during transit
