CPU-lämpöputket Streacom ST-HP6-4250 suora – 6 lämpöputkea, suora muotoilu

Streacom ST-HP6-4250 straight heatpipes are a set of six straight heat-conducting pipes engineered to transfer thermal energy from a CPU to external dissipation surfaces. Designed for integration into custom cooling assemblies, passive heatsinks or chassis-mounted cooling solutions, these heatpipes improve thermal conduction and help maintain lower processor temperatures under sustained loads. The straight shape simplifies alignment in compact or linear cooling layouts and allows flexible placement between the CPU heat source and the heatsink or chassis panels.

Advantages

These heatpipes offer increased thermal transfer area thanks to six parallel pipes working together to move heat away from the processor. The straight design facilitates easy installation in narrow or linear configurations and reduces the need for complex bending or routing. Constructed for compatibility with a range of heatsink and chassis mounting approaches, they enable both passive and active cooling solutions and are suitable where space-constrained layouts require direct thermal conduction paths.

Suitable for

• Custom CPU cooling assemblies where multiple heatpipes are required
• Passive heatsink designs in low-noise or fanless systems
• Active cooling setups where heatpipes route heat to chassis-mounted radiators or fins
• Compact or small-form-factor builds needing straight, linear heat transfer elements

Key specifications

• Quantity: six heat-conducting pipes
• Design: straight heatpipe configuration for linear routing
• Function: conduction of thermal energy from CPU to heatsink or chassis dissipation surfaces
• Application: suitable for passive and active heatsink implementations and chassis-mounted cooling
• Compatibility: intended for integration into custom cooling assemblies and small-form-factor systems

How to use

Align the straight heatpipes between the CPU coldplate or baseplate and the chosen heatsink or chassis-mounted dissipation surface so that the heat source and sink make firm thermal contact. Use appropriate mounting brackets, thermal interface material (TIM) and mechanical supports consistent with the heatsink or chassis design. Ensure the pipes are securely fixed and that any thermal paste or pads are applied evenly to maximise contact. For active systems, verify fan orientation and airflow across the heatsink or chassis fins to optimise convective dissipation.

Recommendations

For effective operation, combine the heatpipes with a compatible heatsink or chassis dissipation surface and use high-quality thermal interface material. Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the pipes; maintain the straight alignment intended by the design. In passive or fanless installations, ensure adequate case ventilation and verify component temperatures under expected workload to confirm sufficient cooling capacity.
