DC-jäähdytystuuletin Panasonic ASFN64371 60×60×25 mm 12V

Panasonic ASFN64371 is a DC cooling fan measuring 60×60×25 mm with a 12V rated voltage. It is engineered for compact electronic equipment and standard 60 mm mounts, delivering continuous airflow to support heat dissipation in power supplies, enclosures, routers and similar devices that require forced air circulation.

Advantages

The fan combines a compact form factor with steady airflow performance appropriate for small to medium cooling tasks. Its 60×60×25 mm dimensions make it compatible with common mounting patterns, while the 12V DC rating simplifies integration into many electronic systems. The design focuses on reliable operation for extended periods, offering a balance between cooling efficiency and space constraints.

Suitable for

• Cooling of power supplies in compact equipment
• Ventilation inside electronic enclosures and chassis
• Airflow for network devices such as routers and switches
• Application in small industrial control cabinets and instrumentation

Key specifications

• Dimensions: 60 × 60 × 25 mm
• Rated voltage: 12 V DC
• Form factor: 60 mm axial cooling fan
• Mount compatibility: standard 60 mm mounting pattern
• Typical application: continuous forced-air cooling for electronics

How to use

Mount the fan using the standard 60 mm mounting holes and secure it with appropriate screws or vibration-damping fasteners. Connect the fan to a stable 12 V DC supply observing correct polarity; if integrating into a device, route wiring to avoid contact with moving parts. Ensure that airflow direction aligns with the intended ventilation path—typically blowing air out of heat-generating compartments or directing fresh air into the enclosure. Leave adequate clearance around the intake and exhaust to prevent airflow restriction and to maintain cooling performance.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, use a regulated 12 V power source and consider adding a filter or dust screen on the intake side in dusty environments. Periodic inspection and gentle cleaning of the fan blades and grill will help maintain airflow and reduce noise over time. If noise or vibration is a concern, use rubber mounts or anti-vibration pads and check for secure fastening during installation.
