D-Link PSM-12V-38-B virtalähde sisäkäyttöön musta

The D-Link PSM-12V-38-B is an indoor power adapter that provides a stable 12 V DC output at up to 3 A, designed to power compatible networking and electronic devices. Its compact form factor and black finish make it suitable for discreet placement near routers, switches, IP cameras and other small appliances. The adapter includes a 1.1 m cable for flexible positioning and compact packaging dimensions that simplify storage and transport.

Advantages

The adapter delivers a constant 12 V / 3 A output for consistent device operation and reduced risk of voltage-related issues. Its modest size and black colour help it blend into indoor environments without drawing attention. A 1.1 m cable length provides a balance between reach and tidy cable management. The unit is intended for indoor use and packaged to minimise space while remaining easy to store.

Suitable for

• Powering small network devices such as routers, switches and access points
• Supplying power to compatible IP cameras and surveillance equipment
• Providing a replacement or spare adapter for small consumer electronics requiring 12 V / 3 A
• Temporary power for devices during maintenance or installation

Key specifications

• Output voltage: 12 V DC
• Maximum output current: 3 A
• Cable length: 1.1 m
• Colour: Black
• Intended use: Indoor

How to use

Confirm that the target device accepts a 12 V DC input and draws no more than 3 A before connecting. Plug the adapter into a suitable mains outlet and connect the output plug to the device's power jack, ensuring a secure connection. Place the adapter where it is protected from moisture, excessive heat and mechanical stress, and route the 1.1 m cable to avoid sharp bends or pinch points. Disconnect the adapter from mains before performing device maintenance.

Recommendations

Use the adapter only indoors in a dry, ventilated area and avoid exposure to liquids. Verify polarity and voltage compatibility with your device to prevent damage. If the adapter becomes hot to the touch, produces unusual noise or shows visible damage, discontinue use and replace with a compatible unit.
