DeLOCK 81174 -DisplayPort-kaapeli 1 m musta DisplayPort–DisplayPort

The DeLOCK 81174 DisplayPort cable is a 1 m black cable with DisplayPort connectors on both ends, designed for direct digital video and audio transmission between compatible devices. With a 6.2 mm diameter construction it provides a compact connection solution for desktops, laptops, monitors, projectors and docking stations that support DisplayPort. The single-metre length balances reach and signal integrity for typical desk and AV setups.

Advantages

This DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable offers a reliable wired connection for high-quality video and multichannel audio transfer. Its slim 6.2 mm diameter sheath allows easier routing behind furniture and through cable channels. The standardized DisplayPort connectors ensure broad compatibility with DisplayPort-enabled displays and graphics outputs. A one-metre length minimizes excess cable while maintaining sufficient distance for most workstation and home entertainment configurations.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop or laptop graphics outputs to DisplayPort monitors
• Linking computers to projectors or AV receivers with DisplayPort inputs
• Extending connections to docking stations or multi-monitor setups
• Temporary setups for meetings, presentations, and shared workspaces

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 m
• Connector type: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Cable diameter: 6.2 mm
• Colour: Black

How to use

Power off devices or set displays to an appropriate input before connecting. Insert each DisplayPort connector firmly into the DisplayPort sockets on the source device and the target display until the connector engages. If your devices support hot-plugging, you can connect while powered on, but ensure proper seating of the connectors. After connection, select the DisplayPort input on the monitor or projector and configure display settings (resolution, refresh rate, multi-display arrangement) in the operating system or graphics driver as required.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid tight bends and sharp kinks near the connector ends and route the cable away from high-interference sources. Use the 1 m length for close-proximity setups; for longer distances, choose a longer certified DisplayPort cable to maintain signal quality. Check that both source and display support the desired resolution and refresh rate and update graphics drivers when necessary.
