DeLOCK D-Sub 15-pin liitin naar RJ45-liitin asennussarja valkoinen VGA RJ-45

The DeLOCK D-Sub 15 pin female to RJ45 female assembly kit allows you to extend a serial VGA interface using a Cat.5 / 5e / 6 cable. The kit provides a D-Sub 15 (VGA) female connector mated to an RJ45 female housing so you can create a custom-pin assignment by inserting individual cable wires into the desired connector holes and locking them into the housing. The compact white module measures 23 mm (W) x 40 mm (D) x 16 mm (H) and is intended for use where a VGA signal needs to be routed via structured cabling.

Advantages

This assembly kit supports flexible, user-defined pin assignments and is compatible with Cat.5 / 5e / 6 cables, enabling VGA signal transmission over standard network cabling. Its small white housing simplifies integration into installations where space is limited. The D-Sub 15 female to RJ45 female design permits on-site assembly and repair without replacing pre-made cables.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Routing VGA signals over Cat.5 / Cat.5e / Cat.6 network cabling
• Custom wiring and pin assignment for serial/VGA connections
• On-site assembly, repairs or modifications of VGA-to-RJ45 links
• Integrating VGA endpoints into structured cabling systems

How to use

Strip the Cat.5 / 5e / 6 cable to expose individual conductors, insert each conductor into the appropriate hole of the RJ45 female housing according to your required pin assignment, and lock the wires into place in the housing. Plug the assembled RJ45 into the module and secure the D-Sub connector to the VGA device as needed. Verify continuity and signal integrity before final installation.

Recommendations

For reliable VGA transmission, use high-quality Cat.5e or Cat.6 cable and keep cable runs within recommended lengths for analog VGA signals. Confirm pin mapping and test the assembled connection with your display equipment prior to permanent installation.
