DeLOCK kuituoptinen kaapeli LC Duplex - LC Duplex OM2 3 m IP68

DeLOCK optical fiber cable LC Duplex to LC Duplex OM2, 3 m long, is a multimode fiber patch cord with a 50 µm core diameter designed for full-duplex high-speed data transmission. The cable has an IP68-rated dust- and waterproof screw connection, making it suitable for installations that require protection against moisture and particulate ingress.

Advantages

The OM2 multimode construction with LC Duplex connectors supports reliable short- to medium-range data links. The IP68 waterproof screw connection provides protection for outdoor or industrial terminations and allows secure attachment to housing panels with a suitable cut-out. Full duplex capability ensures simultaneous bidirectional communication.

How to use

Route the fiber cable between devices ensuring bend radii are maintained and connectors remain clean. Secure the waterproof screw connection into a matching panel cut-out or mating housing to achieve the IP68 seal. Plug the LC Duplex connectors into the corresponding LC ports on network equipment, observing correct polarity for transmit and receive channels.

Recommendations

Handle the OM2 multimode fiber connectors with care: keep dust caps in place until installation, clean connector endfaces before mating, and avoid tight bends or mechanical stress. For outdoor installations confirm the mating housing provides compatible IP68 sealing.
