Deuter Kid Comfort vauvan kantoreppu polyamidi vihreä

The Deuter Kid Comfort Polyamide Green baby carrier backpack is designed for comfortable and safe child transport during outdoor activities. Constructed from durable 210D polyamide with PFC-free water- and dirt-repellent impregnation, it combines a ventilated carrying system, practical storage and adjustable fit. The carrier measures approximately 430 mm width, 340 mm depth and 720 mm height and includes a separate bottom compartment, multiple outer pockets and compatibility with drinking systems up to 3.0 litres.

Advantages

The Aircomfort Sensic Vario mesh backrest system provides maximum ventilation and transfers load efficiently to the hip belt, reducing heat build-up and fluid loss during hikes. A large, soft head pillow supports the child’s head for comfortable naps. The padded hip belt with pull-forward hip fins and adjustable sternum belt ensure a secure, individually adjustable fit, while the VariSlide back-length adjustment allows precise tuning of the carrying position. Materials are tear- and abrasion-resistant and treated with a PFC-free Durable Water Repellency finish.

How to use

Place the child in the carrier seat following the manufacturer’s recommended seating position and secure all straps. Adjust the hip belt so it sits on the iliac crest and fasten it firmly; use the pull-forward hip fins for precise tensioning. Set the back length with the VariSlide system so the shoulder straps align with your shoulders, then tighten the load adjustment straps and the sternum belt for even weight distribution. Ensure the child’s head is supported by the integrated soft pillow and check that outer pockets and compartments are closed before moving.

Recommendations

Check the carrier’s fit and strap tensions before each use, verify that the child is secured and comfortable, and follow age and weight guidance from the manufacturer. Use the Aircomfort ventilation system to reduce heat retention on warm days and pair with a compatible 3.0 litre drinking system for longer outings.
