It is intended for use with DP++ compatible DisplayPort outputs and is backed by a lifetime warranty.

Advantages

The adapter offers a short, flexible 20 cm cable with compact connectors and easy-grip PVC jacketing for simplified insertion in tight spaces. Its latch-secured connector reduces accidental disconnection. The ABS connector shell is engineered for durability in both home and professional environments. The adapter supports both video and audio transmission where the source device provides the appropriate output.

• Adding an external HDMI display to a workstation
• Video calls and presentations where a stable wired connection is required

How to use

Ensure the source device’s DisplayPort output supports DP++ (dual-mode) before use. Insert the DisplayPort male connector into the source device’s DisplayPort output and plug the HDMI female end to an HDMI cable connected to the display. Use the latch to secure the DisplayPort connection. Configure the display settings on your computer or device to select the external HDMI display and set the desired resolution and refresh rate supported by both the adapter and the display.

Recommendations

Verify DP++ compatibility on the source device; if the source does not support DP++ or you require higher refresh rates at 4K, consider an active converter that explicitly supports your target resolution and refresh rate.
