DisplayPort-kaapeli claroc CLAROC-DP-14-15M 15 m 8K

DisplayPort cable claroc CLAROC-DP-14-15M is a 15-meter digital video cable that supports up to 8K resolution. Designed to connect computers, monitors and compatible AV equipment across longer distances, this cable provides a single-cable DisplayPort interface for high-resolution displays in workstations, digital signage and home AV installations where cable run length is important.

Advantages

The cable supports high-bandwidth video transmission up to 8K, allowing detailed images and crisp text on large displays. Its 15 m length enables flexible placement of displays and source devices without the need for signal extenders in many setups. The single-cable DisplayPort interface preserves a digital signal path that reduces conversion losses and maintains native resolution and refresh rate capabilities. Build and connector compatibility are intended for standard DisplayPort ports found on modern graphics cards, monitors and AV equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers or media players to monitors or projectors at long distance
• Digital signage installations in retail, hospitality or public spaces
• Workstation setups requiring a high-resolution external display
• Home AV systems where the source and screen are separated by several meters

Key specifications

• Cable type: DisplayPort
• Length: 15 m
• Maximum supported resolution: up to 8K
• Intended use: digital video transmission for computer and AV devices
• Connector compatibility: standard DisplayPort ports

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the DisplayPort output on the source device (computer, laptop docking station or media player) and the other end to the DisplayPort input on the monitor, projector or AV receiver. Ensure both devices are powered on and that the display input is set to the corresponding DisplayPort input. Adjust display resolution and refresh rate in the source device settings to match the display capabilities; for 8K output, verify that the source hardware and display both support the chosen resolution and refresh rate.

Recommendations

For optimal performance at higher resolutions, keep cable runs away from large sources of electromagnetic interference and avoid sharp bends. If issues occur at maximum resolution or refresh rate, check cable seating, try alternative DisplayPort ports, and confirm source and display firmware and drivers are up to date.
