DisplayPort-kaapeli ShiverPeaks BS10-70055 5 m musta

The ShiverPeaks BS10-70055 5 m Black DisplayPort cable provides a reliable wired connection between DisplayPort-enabled devices. With DisplayPort connectors on both ends and a cable length of five metres, it is intended for transmitting high-quality digital video and audio signals over a single cable. The cable's black jacket offers a discreet appearance that fits into home offices, professional workstations and AV installations where longer reach is required.

Advantages

This DisplayPort cable supports robust digital signal transmission across a 5 m span while maintaining connector stability through standard DisplayPort plugs on both ends. The single-cable design carries both video and audio, reducing the need for extra signal leads. Its length gives flexibility for monitor placement, projector connection or linking PC towers to mounted displays without intermediate adapters.

Key specifications

• Connector type: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Cable length: 5 m
• Colour: Black
• Signal: digital video and audio over a single cable

How to use

Insert one DisplayPort connector into the DisplayPort output of the source device (for example, a PC or graphics card) and the other connector into the DisplayPort input on the target device (monitor, projector or display). Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch engages if present. Once connected, power on both devices and select the appropriate input on the display. Configure resolution and refresh rate in the source device's display settings to match the capabilities of the connected display.

Recommendations

For stable high-resolution output, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and avoid sharp bends. If using long runs in professional AV setups, verify the display's supported resolutions and refresh rates and adjust source settings accordingly to achieve optimal performance.
