DisplayPort-kaapeli ShiverPeaks BS30-15095 20 m musta

The ShiverPeaks BS30-15095 DisplayPort cable is a 20 m black video cable with DisplayPort connectors on both ends, designed for transmitting high-quality digital video and audio signals across extended distances. With a 4.8 mm diameter and durable jacket, the cable supports stable connectivity between computers, monitors, projectors and other DisplayPort-equipped devices, reducing the need for signal extenders in many installation scenarios.

Advantages

This DisplayPort cable combines a long 20 m length with a slim 4.8 mm profile to facilitate neat routing in AV installations. The symmetrical DisplayPort connectors ensure straightforward plug-and-play connection without adapter requirements. The black outer jacket provides a low-visibility appearance suitable for office, studio or home setups, while the construction aims to maintain signal integrity for both video and audio streams over distance.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs or workstations to monitors located across a room or studio
• Linking laptops or media players to projectors for presentations
• Wiring multi-display setups where longer cable runs are required
• Temporary AV installations, events and conference rooms

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 m
• Connector type: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Outer diameter: 4.8 mm
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the DisplayPort output on the source device and the other connector to the DisplayPort input on the display device. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted and the locking latch (if present) engages. Configure the display settings on the source device to detect the connected monitor or projector and select the desired resolution and refresh rate. For best results, route the cable away from high-power electrical wiring and secure it with cable ties or clips to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

Avoid tightly coiling the cable or bending it sharply near the connectors. For runs near strong electromagnetic sources, maintain separation or use proper shielding methods. If maximum resolution or refresh rate is not achieved, check display and source device settings and try a shorter cable length or a certified active DisplayPort solution if required.
