DSIT CAT6 U/UTP verkkokaapeli, 0,15 m, violetti, 100 % kuparia (DC-68-001)

In server rooms and network closets where space is tight, a short, reliable patch cable keeps rack-mounted equipment connected without excess slack. This 0.15-meter DSIT CAT6 U/UTP cable links patch panels, switches, and servers in high-density setups, delivering stable Gigabit and 10-Gigabit Ethernet performance. Its violet jacket stands out for quick port identification, while 100% copper conductors ensure low resistance and consistent signal integrity.

Why choose it

Short patch cables eliminate cable clutter and improve airflow in crowded racks. The 100% copper construction outperforms copper-clad aluminum (CCA) alternatives, reducing packet loss and heat buildup. The violet colour aids in organizing connections by VLAN, device type, or team, simplifying troubleshooting. Stranded conductors provide flexibility for tight bends without breaking.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting patch panels to switches in data centers
• Linking servers to top-of-rack switches
• Organizing network connections by colour code
• High-speed LAN applications requiring PoE

Good to know

This cable meets CAT6 specifications and is backward compatible with CAT5e and CAT5 networks. It supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) up to the standard's limits, making it suitable for powering devices like IP cameras and VoIP phones. The PVC jacket is durable for indoor use; operating temperature range is -20°C to 60°C.
