Kuitukaapeli Sacon LSD31100010 1 m SC turkoosi

The Sacon LSD31100010 1 m SC Turquoise fibre optic cable is a multimode OM3 link with SC connectors on both ends and a 50 µm core diameter. Designed for short- to medium-range high-speed data transmission, this full-duplex cable supports standard networking environments that require predictable bandwidth and low signal loss. The turquoise jacket indicates OM3 multimode classification and assists with quick identification in structured cabling systems.

Advantages

This SC–SC fibre cable provides stable full-duplex communication and consistent multimode performance thanks to its 50 µm core and OM3 rating. The 1 m length minimizes excess slack in patching panels and equipment racks, improving airflow and cable management. The SC connector format offers a push-pull design for secure, repeatable connections and simple installation in standard SC ports.

Suitable for

• Server room patch panels and rack-mounted equipment
• Data centre multimode fibre links and short-distance backbone runs
• Network switches and transceivers with SC ports supporting OM3 multimode
• Testing and temporary connections during installation or maintenance

Key specifications

• Length: 1 m
• Connector type: SC to SC (both ends)
• Fibre type: Multimode OM3
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Transmission mode: Full duplex
• Jacket colour: Turquoise (OM3 identifier)

How to use

Route the Sacon LSD31100010 cable between two SC-compatible ports, ensuring connectors are clean before mating to prevent signal degradation. Insert each SC connector into its corresponding SC receptacle until it clicks into place, providing a secure mechanical connection. For removal, depress the connector latch and pull straight out. Avoid tight bends and kinks; maintain the manufacturer’s recommended minimum bend radius for OM3 multimode fibre to preserve link performance.

Recommendations

Inspect and clean connectors with appropriate fibre cleaning tools prior to installation. Use cable management accessories to prevent strain and maintain bend radius. Match the cable’s OM3 classification and connector type to the transceivers and equipment in use to ensure compatible optical performance.
