Equip Cat.6 S/FTP -verkkokaapeli RJ-45 30 m punainen

The Equip Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cable (30 m, red) is a quality network patch lead designed for structured cabling and device connections. Constructed from tested materials and featuring S/FTP shielding, the cable provides improved bandwidth and a higher signal-to-noise margin for reliable data transmission in demanding network environments. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors for wide compatibility.

Advantages

This Cat.6 S/FTP cable offers enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference thanks to foil shielding around each pair plus an overall braid, which helps maintain signal integrity over longer runs. The cable supports higher bandwidths and lower error rates compared with lower-category patch cords, and the 30 m length allows flexible placement of networking equipment. The red jacket makes the cable easy to identify in multi-cable installations.

Suitable for

• Wiring between switches, patch panels and wall outlets in offices and server rooms
• High-speed Ethernet connections up to Cat6 performance levels
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference

How to use

Uncoil the patch cable carefully to avoid kinks. Plug the RJ-45 connectors into the appropriate Ethernet ports on networking devices such as switches, routers, patch panels or network interfaces. Ensure connectors click into place and check link/activity LEDs on the devices to confirm a successful connection. Route the cable to minimise sharp bends and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat.6 S/FTP cable within standard Cat6 deployment guidelines: avoid exceeding recommended bend radius, keep run lengths appropriate for your network design, and terminate only on compatible Cat6-rated equipment. Label both ends if used in dense cabling setups for easier identification.
