Equip Cat.6A S/FTP -ulkokäyttöön tarkoitettu verkkokaapeli, 7,5 m, RJ-45–RJ-45, musta

The EQUIP Cat.6A S/FTP outdoor patch cable (7.5 m, black) provides shielded, high-speed Ethernet connectivity for external and industrial installations. With S/FTP (S‑STP) shielding and stranded bare copper conductors, it supports up to 10 000 Mbit/s (10 Gbit) and a 500 MHz performance bandwidth while offering protection against electromagnetic interference and environmental stress.

Advantages

The cable’s foil and braid shielding with PIMF (pairs in metal foil) reduces EMI/RFI interference, improving signal stability for data-intensive applications. Its LDPE outdoor jacket is UV- and oil-resistant, splash-water protected and abrasion-resistant, and the molded boots with strain relief and snagless design simplify installation and reduce connector stress. The product is RoHS compliant and conforms to ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173 standards.

Suitable for

• Outdoor network links between switches, routers and network devices
• Outdoor surveillance (CCTV) and video streaming installations
• IoT and industrial network connections exposed to weather
• Power over Ethernet (PoE/PoE+) deployments

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to a network device (switch, router, camera or PoE injector) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable following local installation practices for outdoor cabling, avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension; use appropriate clips or conduits where required. For PoE applications, verify the connected equipment supports the required PoE class.

Recommendations

For long-term outdoor reliability, mount or route the cable to minimise prolonged standing water exposure and mechanical abrasion. Use UV-resistant cable clips or conduit for additional protection and check connector seals after installation to maintain splash-water protection.
