EUROLITE Diffusorscheibe PST-40 QCL Spot 80° tarvike lava-/klubivalaisimille

EUROLITE Diffuser Disc PST-40 QCL Spot 80° is an accessory designed to modify the beam of compatible stage and club lighting fixtures. The disc creates an 80° spot diffusion that softens beam edges and increases coverage, allowing smoother transitions between lit and unlit areas. It is intended for fixtures that accept PST-40 QCL-compatible accessories and helps achieve more even illumination for shows, events and installations.

Advantages

The diffuser disc expands the native beam angle to approximately 80°, reducing harsh hotspots and producing a softer, more uniform light field. It installs quickly on compatible fixtures, enabling fast changes to beam shaping without the need for tool-based modifications. The accessory is lightweight and designed to maintain the original optical axis while broadening coverage, making it suitable for dynamic lighting rigs and fixed installations alike.

Key specifications

How to use

Attach the diffuser disc to a compatible PST-40 QCL fixture according to the fixture manufacturer's instructions. Ensure the fixture is powered off and cooled before fitting the accessory. Align the disc with the fixture's accessory mount and secure it in place using the designated clip or locking mechanism. Once mounted, power the fixture and check beam shape and coverage from the control position; adjust fixture aim or positioning as necessary to achieve the desired spread and edge softness.

Recommendations

The disc is intended only for fixtures specified as PST-40 QCL-compatible. Regularly inspect the accessory for damage and ensure secure attachment before operation. Use the diffuser when softer edges or wider coverage are required; remove it when a tighter, more defined beam is needed. Avoid exposing the disc to direct contact with high-temperature lens surfaces and follow fixture cooling and handling guidelines.
