EUROLITE kulmaprofiilin kansi maitomainen 2 m – hajottava kulmaprofiilikansi, 2 m pituus

EUROLITE Corner Profile Cover Milky 2m is a 2-metre translucent diffuser designed specifically for corner aluminium LED profiles. The milky acrylic-like material softens and scatters light from LED strips to produce a more uniform beam, reduce visible hotspots and protect the LEDs from dust and mechanical contact. It is intended for use where a discreet, even illumination is required along corners, angles and recesses in interior installations.

Advantages

The cover provides consistent light diffusion along the profile length and minimizes strip LED dots for a smooth appearance. Its translucent finish balances light transmission and glare reduction, preserving color accuracy while improving visual comfort. The rigid form retains shape when snapped into corner profiles, offering reliable mechanical protection for the LED strip and simplifying installation and maintenance.

How to use

Measure the corner aluminium profile and cut the milky cover to the required 2 m length if necessary, using appropriate plastic-cutting tools to avoid chipping. Align the cover with the profile channel and press it firmly into place until it snaps in and sits flush along the edge. Ensure the LED strip is correctly installed inside the profile before fitting the cover. For longer runs, butt covers end-to-end and secure profiles to the mounting surface according to the profile manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

Maintain adequate ventilation around LED strips to avoid heat buildup, and avoid exposing the diffuser to strong solvents or abrasive cleaners. When planning lighting runs, allow for expansion gaps if installed near heat sources and follow the aluminium profile manufacturer’s guidelines for maximum strip wattage and spacing.
